The aim of the workshop is to show everyone that there are ways to improve how your scar might look and feel.

Pain, numbness, itching, lumpy areas can all be reduced, range of movement can be increased and eased.  I’ll show you what I can offer during a ScarWork appointment and give you some tips to try yourself at home.  In a small group I hope everyone can feel comfortable to ask questions and all of us learn from each other.  We can also enjoy some cake together too!
