Over the years I've met many clients.  Some have made appointments for a short time then moved on to something else.  But some have been with me almost since the beginning.  We've got to know each other very well over the years.  I know about their families, pets, hobbies, joys and sorrows.  And they know a lot about me too.

Jan is one of those clients.  She books in regularly for what we might call "maintenance" to support her health and wellbeing while she absorbs the cares of others in her professional life.
